How to register?
When placing an order in our online shop, you areprompted to register at the end of the order process. If you prefer to register first, simply press the jersey symbol in the upper right corner.
How do I login?
If you're already registered, you can login during your order process. Otherwise you will have to register at that point.
How do I reset my password?
In case you forgot your password, you can select "I have lost my password" and enter your email adress. You will automatically receive an email with your new password.
My login or registration doesn't work. What can I do?
If you encounter problems during the registration or login process, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the error message and, if possible, a screenshot.
How do I change my password?
Once you are logged in, you can change your password in the account settings. The account settings are accessible through the jersey symbol in the upper right corner.
Can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation including the tracking number.
Is a delivery to PO boxes possible?
Unfortunately, delivery to PO boxes is not possible.
Who ships my order?
All orders are shipped by DHL/Deutsche Post AG.
Why are some sizes missing?
If sizes aren't displayed, they are either temporarily out of stock or sold out.
How can I get information about product availability?

How can I look up specific products? How do I search for products?
You can look up specific products by hitting the search button (magnifying glass), which is located in the upper right corner.
In order to find the products you're looking for, you can enter keywords, product names or the article number if available. You can sort the search results by price, relevance, customer rating, name or publication date of the product.
Can I look up my order history?
You can acces your order history in your account. Your account details are accessible trough the jersey symbol in the upper right corner.
How do I place an order?
After choosing a product and adding it to your cart, you can either add additional products or proceed to checkout.
To place your order, choose a delivery adress, a form of delivery (Standard/Express) and your preferred method of payment.
How can I redeem a voucher?
To redeem a voucher, go to your cart and enter your promo code.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is 15 €.
Which methods of payment are accepted?
National orders can be paid by credit card (Master Card, VISA), PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or cash on delivery.
International orders can only be paid by you with credit card (Master card, VISA) or Sofortüberweisung. In addition, payment via PayPal is available for orders within the EU. More detailed information is available here.
Do you offer free shipping?
National orders of 49€ or more qualify for free shipping.
Was my order successful?
Your order was placed successfully, if you see an order number at the end of the ordering process. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or the spelling of your email address. Please feel free to contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you did not receive a confirmation of your order.
Can I change my order afterwards?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add products to or delete products from your order after it was placed.
