DELIVERY INFORMATION
ATTENTION: Due to the current notification of DHL Paket GmbH, the capacity for the transport of parcels to the USA is no longer guaranteed due to cancelled scheduled services or can only be provided at enormous additional costs. We therefore apologise for not offering any more shipments to the USA until further notice.
Shipping Information (abroad)
Depending on the destination, delivery costs vary and are divided into the following zones:
- Area 1 : EU States / 14.00 € (except French Guyana)
- Area 2 : Other European Countries / 19.00 € (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein)
- Area 3-5: Non European States / 34.00 € (e.g. USA, Russia, Argentina)
- Area 6 : Non European States / 45.00 € (e.g. Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Uruguay)

We can provide detailed information about the forwarding charges in your country.
Shipment tracking
Upon receiving your shipping confirmation via email, you can track your shipment with the provided tracking number.
Processing your order
Once you've placed your order, it will be processed as soon as possible, on weekdays this usually takes up to 48 hours until your parcel is on its way with DHL. Orders placed on the weekend or national holidays will be processed within the next 1-2 working days (goods are only sent from Monday through Friday, except on national holidays).
Domestic Orders / EU states
All calculated prices are VAT lawfully included based on the German rate or taxes from 19% or 7%.
The delivery costs for shipments to non EU countries vary from domestic delivery charges. You can find detailed information under "Shipping Information".
Orders from non EU countries
All orders are charged at German net value. Import dues or taxes, may apply on international orders and vary by country. Please contact your local customs authority for any duty information.
All shipping related charges have to be assumed by the customer.
TSG 1899 Hoffenheim has no influence on any customs regulations.
Delivery costs and delivery times (Germany)
Standard delivery costs 6,00 € (delivery time: 1-2 business days) . Orders exceeding 49€ are free of charge within Germany.
Additional information
- Deliveries to PO boxes are not possible
- All offered shipping costs are valid for the delivery to one shipping address only
- The TSG 1899 Hoffenheim Fußball-Spielbetriebs GmbH can opt for partial delivery, if it's reasonable for the customer.
