Shipment
Depending on the destination, delivery costs vary and are divided into the following zones:

We can provide detailed information about the forwarding charges in your country.
Upon receiving your shipping confirmation via email, you can track your shipment with the provided tracking number.
Once you've placed your order, it will be processed as soon as possible, on weekdays this usually takes up to 48 hours until your parcel is on its way with DHL. Orders placed on the weekend or national holidays will be processed within the next 1-2 working days (goods are only sent from Monday through Friday, except on national holidays).
All calculated prices are VAT lawfully included based on the German rate or taxes from 19% or 7%.
The delivery costs for shipments to non EU countries vary from domestic delivery charges. You can find detailed information under "Shipping Information".
All orders are charged at German net value. Import dues or taxes, may apply on international orders and vary by country. Please contact your local customs authority for any duty information.
All shipping related charges have to be assumed by the customer.
TSG 1899 Hoffenheim has no influence on any customs regulations.
Standard delivery costs 6,00 € (delivery time: 1-2 business days) . Orders exceeding 49€ are free of charge within Germany.
